Announcing the Acquisition by Micromed S.p.A. of the branch of Synopo s.r.l. dealing with Natus Products in Italy

Natus is pleased to announce the finalization of the contract between Natus Direct Team in Italy, operating as Micromed S.p.A. a socio unico, and Synopo s.r.l. for the Acquisition of the branch of Synopo dealing with the sales and support of Natus Products.

The agreement has been signed on February 26th, 2024 and transfers to Micromed the management of Sales, Service and Support, including the taking over of existing contracts with Public Hospitals and keeping the Synopo network of agents.

For many years, Synopo in Italy has been the leading distributor of EMG and EEG systems solutions and supplies made by Natus Medical. Micromed is an Italian company, market leader in Europe for EEG and LTM, that is now part of Natus since January 2023, after the acquisition of Natus by the Private Equity owning Micromed since 2016.
