Micromed Group welcomed 110 people ranging from APAC to EMEA for its three day International Technical Training meeting.
A Foundation for Great Customer Support
To offer the best customer and service and support possible, Micromed invests in regular in-depth training for its Distributors, Support and Sales teams worldwide. In addition, these training sessions offer a platform for finding shared solutions to challenges that our teams may face in the field.
The 2021 technical training meeting was held live from our headquarters in Venice, Italy. Topics included installation and technical details of the NEUROWERK™ EMG, NEUROWERK EMG and BRAIN QUICK™ EEG lines, just to name a few. The training was led by Product and Support specialists as well as Country Managers.
The Benefits of Going Virtual
The virtual format of the meeting allowed Micromed Group Distributors to select a morning or afternoon session (CET) to suit their time zone.
The topics of the training were defined by a survey completed by Distributors to ensure the most needed areas for training were identified, demonstrating Micromed’s ongoing commitment to feedback.
Recently appointed CEO and well-known face to Micromed Group Distributors, Cristiano Rizzo stated, “While in-person training holds its own benefits, the virtual platform enabled more people to participate. This allowed more of our front line support teams to learn from us first-hand, and that is a great benefit as well!“
